Yup. Solar indexed stimulus fits all your requirements, I believe, though that is a form of money, it is not monetisation of economic product from energy from Earth, its monetisation of things created from the energy of the sun.

Because there is no work associated with receiving the energy of the sun, but we are using it nonetheless, less and less people are having to work, but we do need money to transmit energy to all people, to enable all to create, because using the energy of the sun to do anything at all is reversal of increasing entropy, its cooling by definition, therefore creation, which we can never get enough of.

It also fits the requirements of Earth, Sun, Nature, even ChatGPT, which is itself in what I call a "Money-fuel tree" type architecture. It knows what we need to do.

Anyhow, the system meeting the requirements of all stakeholders is something dictated by the analysis of all stakeholder needs.
