I agree with your principles of tiered governance.

And I am sure something like that is what we will end up with, as long as enough folk see how it will actually happen.

The thing still stubbornly hanging on, is the obsession with profit, and controlled scarcity, as far as I can see.

Until that changes, we won’t see much progress on any other front.

But if we see the reason it has to, and is changing, behind the mainstream headlines, then there is not so much need to feel any frustration, I think.
