You are right about misinformation. The US are the expert practitioners in that. Paracetamol to treat Dengue? Interesting.
Glad you didn't dispute the difference in death counts between Cuba and Puerto Rico from the Hurricane.
The Western medical system and actually all of mainstream Western science has a major conflict of interest, by being for profit. This means it can never fix problems, only treat symptoms, because only by that can profit be made. If a problem is ever fixed, there is no profit to be made, so fixing problems is now a thing of the past, in the West. Covid was the perfect demonstration confirming this. Now we just manage symptoms, and that always has to end in misery and death. The virus will never be killed, because they need it, to make profit.
Just like they need depression, to sell "Anti-depressants", diabetes, to sell insulin, high blood pressure, to sell high blood pressure tablets, HIV to sell vaccines for lifelong HIV symptom management, Cancer, to sell cancer management drugs, Pain, to sell painkillers including paracetamol.
That's why I am more inclined to believe it when I read accounts crediting Cuba with devising the treatment for Ebola, and why I am inclined to believe what my friends in Cuba told me about their experience with Dengue, blow by blow, as it happened, I was in contact with them throughout.
p.s. speaking freely is not something we have in the West, there are many things we are not allowed to talk about, at threat of imprisonment. I don't see much difference.
