You are ignoring the truth if you don't follow the argument Paul.
Create a kg of hydrogen from solar and this converts at least 33KWhrs of potential heat enetgy from the sun to something which is not heat, regardless of efficiency.
Do the same by wind, and you generate heat from friction which would not happen, if you didn't use the wind.
Same goes for any of that solar energy previously put to use by nature, creating things other than heat, we just convert at least some of it back to the heat of the original energy that created it.

BTW, the universe knows when we lie, it puts the temperature down, when information is created and it puts it up, when misinformation is created because the latter is just noise, more entropy.
And look, profit is the energy lie it's all built on, all the sales pitch, all the lies, they sit on that one right at the base.
Only one way to remove our need to make profit - monetise the energy of the sun, give out for free, otherwise it isn't the energy of the sun in that money, it's the energy of the planet, which comes at cost of temperature rise, always, no exceptions.
