Yes! But don't forget to include hydrogen generation, every community needs to have it, to generate valuable commodity, aerospace fuel, or even food (see "Solein") which can be exchanged for other things, such as more infrastructure, replacement panels etc, this is the essence of the money-fuel tree architecture I describe in Medium, it's what will grow and replicate like trees in nature, all powered by the energy of the sun instead of energy extracted from the planet, all for free, all reversing increase of entropy thus temperature rise.
Otherwise the temperature will not come back down, just keep increasing, as long as we keep practicing the energy lie, and planetary energy robbery of profit.
Forget greenhouse gases, they never existed, the atmosphere is adiabatic, greenhouse effects by atmosphere is impossible, it was always a profit driven lie, an excuse to make profit appearing to be cleaning up the atmosphere when all that could do is push up temperature even faster, because the thing really pushing up temperature is profit, it's the base lie in the whole illusion of lies we use to sell a doomed profit driven world as something sustainable, it never was sustainable at profit and never can be, because profit is monetised destruction, the opposite of monetised creation, which is what we would have with solar indexed stimulus, if or when that is issued.
