Wrong assumption, resources are not finite, energy from the sun is adding to all, creating all of the time.

The Joules being received from sunlight via solar infrastructure are valuable product being added to the world economy, which is not being reflected by the issuance of money.

This maybe explains why capital has the uncanny property of somehow increasing in value over time, it is an illusion, a delusion of grandeur from the point of view of capital, that it even exists in isolation, that has had us completely fooled for all of the time we’ve had money representing only capital.

For all time, the energy of the sun has continually enriched Earth, but our idea of capital has stood still, in a fictitious world where only capital existed.

If we still live in that world, we might think the world is ending.

But if we move to living in the real world of the energy of the sun creating all things, realising we can have literally anything we want with it, then we will have it.
