With respect, you sound a little confused. Why would you believe a Russian mainstream news story claiming prior intelligence any more than a Western one? They are all rags, only ours are usually worse. On indiscriminate bombing of civilians, we all know the US and allies do the same, lots, and the guy who made the evidence of it public it is in jail in UK with no apparent time limit. Also we see Israel doing it in retaliation to palestinian "Terroristst" attacks all the time. What does a war crime even mean, if it isn't just war itself? Caitlin's point seems to be she is simply anti-war, but especially anti nuclear war.
