Will, that beam is pretty damned cool, and I am glad it was a defence company that came up with it, because it could be very useful against a very nasty enemy that we could be destined to meet, who doesn't know the power of the sun.

At this moment, we don't seem to know it either, given the other information in your story. Also that batteries become redundant when green hydrogen is used as backup and fuel for all transportation.

But we are going to have to learn, quick, and in that process we will become solar by way of community based and domestic solar, grid free, within only a couple of years. Inflation will drive this, there is no way round it.

I guess you were maybe not able to look at this last time I posted the proof of the underlying mechanism for inflation for your attention, because if you did, I guess your stories might reflect the new information, so here it is again:
