What? I have no idea what you've been reading, doesn't sound like anything I wrote. You can always go and critique what I write at source, if you have issues with it - none of it is just an idea btw it is systems Engineering which begins with analysis of the observed problem, and finishes with the single solution which is fully dictated by the problem.
