Well spotted. We are seeing here just more capitalism, which creates more promises to pay, which are in the end, more commitments to extract, which of course can’t continue, because we are reaching the end of what can be safely extracted.
These crypto "Land grabs" are just more Ponzis by being part of the old unsustainable business of extraction, but probably potentially more damaging, because they are painted to look like something fixing the climate problem.
