Well said, thanks for posting. I agree with you completely, it is a system at fault, not the individuals. At the end of the day she was a person, apparently quite a nice one too

We are all part of tthe system at fault, like it or not. My challenge to the haters is to ask if they would have done any better in her position. It is pretty obvious to most of us that a hater in such a position would have given them much more to be complaining about.
