Well said, loved the example of Vietnam. Though I disagree with the ultimate case for wind, and "renewables*, There is no renewable energy. Solar stands on its own as the single solution, it is the one connecting us to the great fusion reactor in the sky that created all the energy we know, so has a completely different effect on the economy and the environment.
But maybe it is strong enough to keep subsidising wind.
