The problem will not be fixed by levying yet more revenue to be taken in the form of fines, from the promulgation of viral real life horror. This just adds another party to the profiteers, who will just work harder to maintain their margins. The only adjustments that need to be made to the algorithms designed only to maximise profit, is to add another 10% required, for payment of the expected fines. Job done.

Might as well add our own video to the mix, of us shooting ourselves in the foot. It will make a fortune.
