Only a capital holder, assigning themselves zero ability to do anything valuable without capital, could think this, it seems to me. There is far more not done than done, an infinity of things in fact, and the list is growing since a lot of vital things started disappearing. Now if it comes down to blaming anyone for those things not done, or stopped, who else is there to blame but those in charge, those holding all the capital?
