Very true, thanks for posting. I am all for real life but virtuality can be used as a kind of respite, to complement the real world, where developments of intellect and curiosity can continue, even socially, with trial and error without breaking things, until things become easy in the real world again, as of course they will.

Solutions to social problems in the real world can be prototyped and tested in virtual worlds prior to being accepted in the real world, including culture, just like we do in Engineering, I would say.
