Very sick that this has even infected medical products, including life critical. Thanks for giving us your knowledge of it Cory.

I was a fan of apple, especially the format of i-macs and ipads, not so much the phones, until the deliberate policy of sabotaging ipads became known. Until then Apple products did have a reputation of relative longevity or "Future-proofness", always looking the part, seeming as if they were built for life, in my opinion, actually they were, but the policies that came along after the demise of Steve Jobs were what ended them. I don't think apple are anywhere near as popular now, but that might be compensated for by elevated profits, who knows, but for sure it is unsustainable.

Anyhow they are done, as are actually all companies for profit, I think.

The beyond profit, energy-honest system that has to come next, if there is to ba any next, driven by nature, will render pretty much all of this kind of business to history, imho, we are about to move into a very different realm of value, where the motivation really will be to build things for life, as that is what will bring maximum rewards to the creators of them, rather than being rewarded for being scummy.
