Umair I agree with your sentiment, though I should point out UK is becoming more like the US every day, the same problems are apparent here. I do have a child, a 17 year old daughter, and things sound exactly the same here as in US. It is becoming ever more clear that the problem behind almost everything you write about is profit.

Somehow, as a species, we have to start seeing there is no acceptable form of that, since it always slides towards robbery, we need to completely eliminate all possibilities of it.

That is not as difficult as sounds, we simply need to show it is no longer necessary, as scarcity is no longer necessary, all we need to do is plug unto the grand mains energy socket that is the sun, and align our money systems with that by setting an energy standard on a reference currency.

It looks like that is happening in any case, by Bitcoin, though most bitcoiners dont like to think so, as it works in exactly the opposite way they thought, rather than enforcing scarcity, as its creators claimed it would do, it is actually eliminating scarcity, by being substantially and increasingly solar powered.

As every token is exchanged for fiat, there is now solid physical creative wealth being pumped into the back door of our economy, direct from the sun.

That explains why we are not seeing the collapse in currency which was predicted by conventional zero sum economics, and even MMT. and why we saw oil prices going negative for the first time ever.

Before we saw that, did we even know things could become negatively priced?

It happened at the same time as the first stimulus of $4Tn, ($10K+ per head), was issued in the US.

People think it is not sustainable but it makes perfect sense that it actually is, Infinitely more sustainable than the grand energy Ponzi that is capitalism, practiced by all humanity to date.

Capitalism is all about stored energy.

What comes next, post Capitalism, has to be all about energy flow.

When we get that right, everything looks much different from the hell we seem to be in right now.

To see it, I think firstly we need to be aware of all the problems, as you seem to be.
