Too true. Thanks for posting. It won't be fixed as long as there is still business in "Renewables", which invalidates a large section of science, unfortunately. In a way they are catering to fossil fuels, by not actually digging into the fundamental reasons why and how our activity by fossil fuels, and other things extracted from the planet, does the damage.

They stay fixated on symptoms like CO2, rather than dig into the actual root cause, what generates the CO2. CO2 is just a multiplier of the root cause, and there are many more multipliers than just CO2.

Energy extraction is directly related to and fully dependent on profit. The temperature rise is not time dependent at all, it is profit related, hence why you are very right, what they are doing by cranking ever more profit out, doesn't bode well.
