Too true. Self serving arrogance is something maybe demanded for success, or even survival in the old system for profit. But now that system looks to be coming to an end. I think when it goes, with it we'll see some very large barriers to real innovation removed. I look forward to that, we'll see some of the biggest celebrations in history when it happens, I think :)
