Tom the stuff already extracted from the planet to establish grids etc dwarfs what is needed to go solar hydrogen on a domestic and community basis. I would say to anyone with this concern to just consider how and if you and the communities relevant to you can implement the solar hydrogen you need, ahd let everyone else worry how they will do the same, and after you've done it then you will have the energy resources needed to help them.
