To true, mostly. But on the UK 0.04 percent, I doubt the accuracy of that figure. How could anyone know how many were watching RT on freeview? Truth is no-one would admit if they were watching it or not, it was already something being made a social pariah thought-crime, long before it was taken down.
Crazily, we are claiming the average Russian in the street is scared to publicly admit any sympathies with the West, to explain why everyone they interview in the street in Russia expresses their belief that the war was something necessary, whilst it is actually the average us, who would be scared to express any sympathies with Russia, if we were interviewed in the street.
Further, our MSM delights in the information that many younger folk in Russia are getting out, to avoid the chances of being drafted, whilst omitting the detail that Ukrainian men are actually not allowed to leave, it is the Russians who have the freedom to leave, and actually Ukraine is already starting to run out, their death count has been much higher than our MSM has reported.
Knowing about the Maidan, and that Russian sympathising Ukrainians existed, and were being ethnically cleansed, before Russia's "Illegal Invasion", and that most Crimeans were actually fine with the Russian takeover of Crimea, not a bullet was fired, or expressing any kind of admiration for the technical feats of the Russian pipelines, or the Russian Crimean bridge, before they each were bombed, makes us Russian spies or bots.
It is a running joke in UK, we can buy mugs with the logo "Russian Bot" printed on them. My dad bought me one because we both watched RT, and our name is actually Bott, which is Russian of course (not!).
On al-Jazeera yesterday, which I am really glad is still around in UK, they have an interesting way of presenting the usual propaganda, which I guess is something dictated to them, mixed with occasionally some interesting news from inside Russia, which helps decifer the propaganda.
An interesting fact, not generally known in UK is that all of the Western company business which was pulled out from Russia due to sanctions acting to force those companies out by our own Western governments, including McDonald's, Starbucks, and Renault, has been taken up by Russian startups, who stepped in and continued the businesses, with a slight change of company logo, with hardly any interruption in business as usual, and in fact have actually ramped up the same businesses.
Another interesting fact, is that most of the "non white" world (Most of the world!) is quietly backing, and still doing business with Russia, and
Russia appears to be booming economically, despite our MSM trying to claim otherwise. The sanctions are having more effect on us, than them, but still we keep adding more and more, we are shooting ourselves in the foot with this, and if sanctions are put on China, the immediate effect will be for them to laugh incredulously at how stupid we can be, to cut off our own supplies of product and business from China, that they don't need it so much, but we really need it a lot.
To be honest we are making incredible fools of ourselves, as well as actually being downright evil, for stoking up an unnecessary war in Ukraine.
I hope we will see some common sense amongst those in power soon, their stupidity is costing us more than they know.
