To me Twerking is a beautiful spectator sport.
It is an extension of rhumba dancing, a modern kind of rhumba. That goes back to roots of Yoruba, the origins of dance, and music. Done well, a woman gets to exercise power over men. What is dancing, if it isn't about mating? It is definitely art. Men of all colors love it, unless maybe they are gay, then they can always twerk too.
I think all of this yet I don't bother much watching on Instagram.
