To me it would save a lot of time, and actually lives, if we just elevated Metcalfe's law to statutory legislation.
This would remove all the energy wasting debate about whether or not censorship / cancellatiin / deletion / privatisation of data is ever good.
It isn't.
Metcalfes law says why.
We need alignement, unification of networks, this would be creation / empowerment, and would enable creation / empwerment, decrease of entropy, rather than destruction, increase of entropy, as seems our bent.
