Those initials sound like they are supposed to indicate intelligence. Not very intelligent putting words into the mouths of other folk who said nothing of the sort. But it might make them angry, then you would have strife, and who's fault would it be then? Ah, I guess the other guy, as usual.

Was there 120 million refugees before? No. Never. Was there ever controls that could stop that amount of people? No, if you tell the truth, no. There was never controls that could have stopped that amount of people on the move. They will go where they will go. Nothing you or anyone could do will stop them. So get with reality, come to terms with it, you have no choice.
