This very cool message reminds me of the mentality and message of the people of Cuba, this is very much what they live for, the majority I met always finding ways to be happy despite massive sustained oppression from their very dominant US neighbor. They have incredible spirit. Good stuff James, thanks for saying it. We should all be like this, and look forward to a world which very soon will reward it because the old ways look to be coming to an end, necessarily, to stop also the environmental abuse.
BTW their meditation appears to be dance. Seems to work for me too.
