This sounds like you are in opposition to Ray, like maybe you want to make more noise. But actually you, we, Ray are all on the same side. Everyone has a function, in the solution, as I see it. Hence why it is better to show unity than discord.
Why not just applaud, that such a movement is coming about. There isn't really a place for personal ambitions to be at the front, on top, or in control or whatever. That is one of the things we should see is part of the problem - ego, which leads to greed.
