This occurs to me also. Ignorance of, and total blindness to the overall problem of energy depletion, and the incredibly obvious, exclusive fix; to plug into the single energy source of the sun, seems universal. Indi is no exception, as far as I can tell.
I came to the conclusion some time ago we seem to lose the ability to think rationally in the presence of money representing capital, and capital masquerading as energy. The more extreme the capital, the more profound the intellectual paralysis, and this characteristic has nothing to do with race.
Diogenes had a point.
Get rid of the capital, and full intelligence and power of observation will return, I believe.
That happens automatically, even mathematically, when we plug into the sun.
If we don't, then we are extinct.
After that, we have only capital obsession to blame.
Isn't that what religious folklore and scriptures might actually be; genetic memories of long gone cries of warning, from previously existing, long extinct civilisations, trying to warn possible succesive civilisations of the perils of capital?
