This is cool, anything that increases the amount of photons caught is cool.
Good you mentioned also that there is no cost of receiving Joules from solar after implementation.
An even cooler story would be one where scientists have analysed the effect of Joules from the sun on economy.
Solar is the source of Joules adding to those already on Earth.
So when we convert them to valuable matter like hydrogen (Clean fuel), or "Solein", (clean food), those products are additional to what we consider as part of the economic capital already on Earth.
Therefore they dilute the stock of economic capital on Earth, and because they are cumulative, scaling up and increasing over time, they will sooner or later outweigh capital, and in fact may be doing so already, because the solar energy used to do anything has the same effect of diluting capital, regardless of whether or not we converted it to anything solidl, the consumption of solar power in the economy has the same effect.
What this means is firstly that capital being held as investment no longer has fixed value which can be used to gain unfair advantage by holders of capital.
In other words some of the incentive or necessity to possess capital is removed.
Secondly, since solar put to use is such valuable additional product, money has to be issued on it, to maintain the value of money, per the principles of Austrian Economics, as demanded by markets.
Because the photons received at the input were pushed to us for free from the sun, that money issued has to be pushed to all people for free.
So there we see a real physical basis for a sustainable UBI, which is obviously needed to reduce the number of people becoming bankrupt from inflation.
Further, since the inflation itself is caused by money progressively becoming less representative of actual product, solar product, this brings it in line with product, so reduces inflation.
This explains why the dollar actually went up in value when 4Tn stimulus per month was being issued in US.
Further, money generated on this basis could be given to countries which need financial help, such as Yemen, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Ukraine, and others, with no need to indebt, or place conditions on those countries for the money given, since all promises to pay are in fact promises to extract, locking them and us into yet more extraction.
We obviously all would benefit if free money could be given to those countries, and it can, with also the effect of reducing inflation of the currencies given, so literally everyone wins.
The world is no longer zero-sum, it is time we made that official.
That would be very cool news by scientists indeed, I think.
