This is beautiful, just what was needed, it fits perfectly, thanks for posting :) Don't listen to the doubters, we can see they are speaking on blind faith, nothing more, whereas what you have here is actual observation.
I can say this hand on heart, because I have no fear of losing a career, despite my career having included learning pretty much all academia and industry knows about energy, and there are an awful lot of questions answered by what you've presented here.
