This is a strange conclusiion. The Earth receives enough solar energy in a day to power the whole of humanity for a year. Each human requires and processes around 100 Joules per second to live, whilst all developed countries have tens of gigajoules per second of solar energy capacity.
That means each human already has an oversupply of 100 to 1000 times the amount of Joules they need to live, coming in from solar alone, and we are still only at solar being 20 to 50 percent of utilities grid capacity.
As I've been writing, over and over, the only thing needing to be done, to start using solar effectively, is start issuing money on it.
That is the only way that the mathematically positive energy coming in can be effectively distributed to all people.
