This is a pretty dim view of humanity, with more than a hint of projecting one's own mentality onto others, it seems to me.
It fixes nothing, but probably makes a lot of things worse.
Why not look at the solution, it is actually pretty inclusive, and empowers everyone, even those some might previously have thought were dim.
