This is a cool observation, thanks for posting.
I have a similar instinct, and conviction that Bitcoin aligns with the environment.
I don’t subscribe to the idea that taking advantage of scarcity is a good, or natural thing though.
Doing that ignores that all of nature is donated with infinite wealth from the sun.
For me, it seems the real alignment of Bitcoin with nature seems mostly missed, due to the idea of scarcity advantage being something good, when it is really not so good, but bad, existentially bad.
Humanity appears to run a gigantic energy Ponzi based on that idea, enacted by our use of money in profit-seeking business, mostly without realising it.
We finance continuous expansion from the origin outwards, building up the origin by transporting nutrients (wealth in interest and profit) back towards the origin, colonising forever geographically outwards, fuelled by the stored energy of our planet, using a chain of debt driven by profit, which begins with the extraction of finite stored energy.
It has to, and is running out, as we can see from the rising toxicity of our environment.
Bitcoin might be a key element in the solution to that.
