There's an old saying (Francis Bacon) that says if you are happy to go on uncertainty, you'll always end up with certainty, but if you are only happy to go on certainty, you'll always end up with uncertainty.
Not everyone fits in the category of not liking uncertainty. Personally I prefer uncertainty. There would be nothing to do if there was no uncertainty. Same goes for any researcher. What would be the point in researching if we already knew the answer?
Its investors who seem hooked on certainty, imho.
