There was a recovery of coral noted, as well as recovery of fish stocks during the covid lockdowns. It happened when oil prices went negative, the only time ever so far. It was at the time of massive issue of stimulus. If the stimulus had just continued, we would have seen continuous recovery.
Conventional economists, and actually everyone living from capital and investments claim it could not have continued, as if the money was from a finite source, but the value of the currency issued actually went up, not down. This gave ordinary folk democratic access to markets and they didn't vote for oil.
Anyhow, I've done studies showing numerically using utilities energy data coupled with population data how it could have been maintained as solar indexed stimulus, because money is energy, always physically, it is always exchangeable for energy in markets.
Because between 30 and 50 percent of utilities energy supply is now done by domestic and community based solar, and no currency is issued representing the economic product created by that, this is massive economic product going unmonetised, and the effect of this on inflation is never acknowledged. But look, if we moved completely to solar, as we have to, and are being forced by nature to do, since it's the only energy we can use to wind temperatures back down by decreasing entropy, what will money be issued on, if it isn't the free KWhrs from the sun?
This is why it's laughable that everyone seems doggedly stuck in the old mindset of scarcity. Energy isn't scarce, after we move completely to solar, but it's a false scarcity imposed on us, when money is only issued on energy extracted from the planet; the energy of destruction, the opposite of the energy of the sun - energy of creation!
The energy of creation continues unmonetised whilst the energy of destruction remains monetised.
We, and actually all life, are feeling the pain of this until common sense prevails, if it ever will.
Look we are even losing aerospace, it's going backwards, soon there will be none left, we won't even have air flight between countries any longer, if the madness of monetising only extracted energy does not stop, the damage done already is huge, but it is not too late yet to recover, if we just see some sensible issue of solar indexed stimulus to empower and incentivise everyone to do the right thing - ramp up solar, to do as much reversal of entropy as possible.
Isn't it crazy this has not been done, the common sense decision to move from destruction to creation, somehow the negative powered ancient Ai in control of us still has not lost it's grip?
