by issuing the funds outstanding needed to monetise solar product already created, hundreds of billions in every developed country, in solar indexed UBI. Do that and we catapult with everyone instantly incentivised to get as much domestic and community solar backed by hydrogen we can put our hands on, because by that we would maximise future solar stipend.
This is actually inevitable, the only way out of the problem.
