Personally I think just doubling that, would give a good balance of what an average human should use, this gives theoretical maximum value contribution per human, by the maximum power transfer theorem, the power split between human required energy and non-human required energy should be about 50/50, for the combination to add maximum value for the benefit of all (By dissipating minimum heat)
