The way out to me looks like also the solution to the global energy problem. IP, copyright, etc, the value of all capital inclusding information capital, even the need for your book to make money, are all superseded when we move to free money, which has to be issued in response to solar product already in use, at the market rate of energy sales lost by utilities energy companies. It is a lot of money, which not only will enable us to quickly finish the job of globally moving to solar, but providing evryone with a generous UBI thereafter, sustainable forever, whilst we repair the planet, just by putting solar product to use.

It sounds to me like you write books because you like what you do, more than because it makes money for you, so you would continue to write books, but you would no longer have an obligation to make money from it, and there would be nothing to be gained by IP or copyright, so we will see all resttirctions on those being removed, sooner or later, and people buying your books thereafter would simply be donating to your cause, more than paying for your books.
