The tobacco companies will love getting kids back into the fold again. Back to the good old days, when profit from tobacco came with a cull, and health services had a healthy portion of the population suffering from terminal lung cancer, dying and leaving their inheritances to cancer charities, and now private companies, who can never create a cure, otherwise they would cease to exist.
