The story of how to fix the UK economy appears to have not fared very well so far in Medium, despite its obvious importance. I've put another one to try to show the get-out clause, for those that might feel like their heads could be "On the block", as the ones to blame for such an gigantic error. Actually the error is tiny, with massive consequences probably no-one could have predicted. No-one is to blame, at least not until they know the error. What they do after that, is what they might be blamed for I think.
