The poem above was prompted from ChatGPT by first asking it to go through an analysis of how to mathematically model the energy / profit renaissance of the seventies / eighties, as a kind of torque converter (TC), with availability of energy at input, and profit, or yield at the output. The TC worked most efficiently at the point of least resistance. When availability of energy was highest, profitability, the ouput of the TC was highest with minmal losses in the TC.
But now as we are seeing, profitability is becoming something more and more difficult, it is because of more and more losses in the TC. Obviously it has to give way soon, so we have to change tack, from trying to extract from ever scarcifying energy sources, to just accepting as donation, the energy donated to us from the sun. Extracted energy is mathematically negative, extracting from Earth, whereas the energy from the sun is positive, added to Earth.
Switching to this, the only way we can, by starting to issue a solar indexed UBI, given for free to represent the energy received for free frome the sun (The sun never asked anything in return for it), is switching to doing the reverse of what we used to do, with all of the Effects correspondingly the opposite of what they used to be.
We heated the planet by our use of mathematically negative energy. The energy lost in the clutch now means the more we try to make profit, the more we actually accelerate the heating. It has to change, nature insists.
We will be cooling the planet in the second energy renaissance. The planet, and nature will reward us hugely for that, and we need all hands to the pump, doing whatever you personally do to create with energy (We do actually all create, on positive energy use, instead of all destroying on negative energy use)
