The proof will be seen, very soon. Like I said, there was no development of radiation hardening, which takes years, so these things will be dropping like flies very soon. A spacecraft of any kind which has gone out of control is instantly space junk. There are probably failures already but they won't be called that, until they collide with something, which is the event everyone worries about, except investors, who of course weren't told.
