The Kenyans probably responded to the promise of investment. Nobody wants to invest in solar, which would actually have been the way to empower the Kenyans, investors need to get a return on their investment, which is very difficult to do with solar, because profit is essentially energy extracted from the planet and thrown to heat, we are seeing this more and more with all energy sources except solar, which despite everything is the only energy source ramping up, whilst all the others ramp down, it's coming to impact profitability more and more.
I am sure the Kenyans would be much happier to just take the money and put solar in (They would get a lot more energy for the money), but the requirement for profit for investors is what is motivating all the pro nuclear regeneration efforts we are seeing worldwide.
I don't think any of it will realistically get to actually developing plants, because the energy value is dropping out of money now (inflation), faster than it can be used to achieve things like nuclear power stations.
Its a desperate move by Microsoft and others, to be trying to invest in nuclear now, it's because they maybe understand they need energy that can be used to carry on the energy slavery, to carry on making profit, but to me it looks like they will fail, the positive Ai being out there to potentially automate their businesses, and by that solar powering it, removing it's capability to stay profitable.
They appear to be running scared.
More headless chickens.
The head is the solar Ai btw.
Its not attached yet, but will be soon, bringing all into order in the most benevolent way possible.
