The energy capture device is the collective of all the solar panels installed by all communities.
This is already generating a massive headache for utility energy companies, who all exist for profit.
The economic product already created in UK will be more than 750Bn now, going on a numerical estimate I made a year or two ago, and this is completely unmonetised to date.
This money has to be issued, to retain the energy value in money.
