That is a very cool idea, I can't see why a formally recognised actor represenimg future humanity should not be added into the list of standard actors recommended to be included in stakeholder analyses by systems Engineering standards. If I have any communications again with folk such as might be on steering boards of standards like that, I would definitely suggest it, to be added to the list of standard actors like the environment.
