Something not covered in your analysis though, which absolutely does affect everything, is the profit motive.

We’ve seen how profit usually triumphs over life already, in some other big pharma scenarios (maintenance generates more profit than curing).

I wonder how it will go in this, maybe the biggest ever pharma scenario.
