Thanks, interesting if unsurprising news.

The problem seems to be that they / we don't know how to enrich ourselves collectively within our respective countries by all moving entirely to solar energy, which absolutely is capable of supplying all wealth including fuel in the form of hydrogen generated directly from solar, and then even food from hydrogen (See "Solein").

All that needs to be done, to enable it very quickly in each country, is for the country to begin issuing the funds needed in stimulus to reflect the solar energy already received historically, at energy market rates, and to keep issuing these funds indefinitely as a solar energy indexed UBI, to ensure all are incentivised to maximise the capabilities of our local and other relevant domestic and community solar infrastructure to generate hydrogen, which functionally replaces fossil fuels with none of the pollution.

The net effect of this, is to switch from destroying Earth, constantly raising temperature, over to adding creation to Earth, lowering temperature.

The more solar we can put to use, the less there is to heat the planet, so the more hands to the pump the merrier. After that we will celebrate energy hungry technologies and people, rather than lament them.

Whilst we are only part way through this transition, more energy than ever is being lost to heat, accelerating the planetary heating.

We can see this just from E=MC squared, no need to make things complicated and arguable by talking about C02, around which a whole new bullshit profit driven industry is building up, intent on futher tying us into extraction by creating markets for C02.

Everyone has to remember C02 is a symptom, not a cause.

The cause is energy by extraction, upon which profit is completely dependent.

Issuance of significant stimulus or UBI results almost instantly in negative oil prices. There we saw how to stop oil in its tracks. Don't forget it!
