Thanks for your post, it helps confirm that acceptance time is just about upon us.
Everything I've been working on and writing about for my time in Medium, since 2017, is about this problem.
The materials present the system solution, the only way out of the mess, and the single problematic factor in all of it, neglected to date by conventional science.
The problem is the for-profit system. This is what has to go, in order to get on with putting things right.
As long as we keep practicing that system, regardless of whether or not our business claims to be green, or on "Renewable energy", or "Net-zero", or even just the implementation of seemingly green legislation, even things like wind power, are adding to the problem, not reducing it at all, therefore adding to temperature rise.
Only one thing can change this, solar power.
That is the only actual energy source.
It is the only one that we can say adds to Earth.
All others subtract from it, even wind, geothermal, whatever, if it comes from Earth then it is mathematically negative, subtractive.
When we look closely at what happens when we use one or the other, we see multipliers happening, both ways.
Use of energy of Earth begins by destroying more energy originally put to use by nature than we can ever get out. Therefore the net effect is heating.
That heating then is multiplied by other effects including generation of CO2, which again multiplies temperature increase, which causes things to burn, removing life which itself was putting Energy to use as things other than heat, yada, yada, the multipliers seem endless, and they are, leading to catastrophic breakdown sometime very soon if not stopped.
Conversely if we used solar, I mean really used it by monetising it, we would see generation of hydrogen using energy which is virtually for free, given in return for nothing by the sun, costing it nothing, the only condition on it being that we do use it, to create anything other than the heat it would become if it was not used by either us or nature, then the net effect on temperature impulse is cooling. Again we see multipliers but this time on mathatically positive energy.
For example consider using aircon in a desert place, to create a temperate environment for plants to grow, where nature is not otherwise putting the sun to much use, if we power the aircon by solar, then we are reducing the planetary temperature by converting any of the energy of the sun at all to things other than heat, we see a negative temperature impulse, whilst the plants maintain convert yet more solar energy to things other than heat. There we see positive multipliers. A further example is the conversion of solar to hydrogen. When we do this to functionally replace fossil fuels in transportation, we see circulation and filtration of both drinking water and air, which of course assists all life including humans.
Further, widespread hydrogen use in transportation as well as providing energy backup capability removed pretty much all need for batteries requiring bulk lithium, avoiding all the planetary disaster and misery which would come from mining what is projected right now by profit driven industry.
Notice neither of those things can be done on profit, only by using free energy, that is energy for which nothing is given in order to receive it per Joule.
Using solar means we have to issue money on it.
That money has to be for free, because if anything is asked for it in return, it is not reflecting solar.
Further, it has to be explicitly identified as representing economic product created, otherwise we are not tying it down in any way we could stabilise it, a number of Joules per token money.
Siunds crazy to conventional economists, but with respect, what so they know about the physics of nature?
Energy is the currency of nature, there is only one issuer and enforcer of it, the sun. We either use it or burn.
That sounds like something I just made up or heard some bible thumper scream from a street corner, but I hope folk see the difference between formal systems Engineering, and "dreaming things up".
What is done in systems Engineering is a thorough analysis of the problem, which becomes the full specification of the solution.
If we can't find a solution like that then we simply have not analysed the problem enough.
There is one solution to this problem, as described, use of the energy of the sun. That is the only way out, and to get to it, we have to start issuing solar indexed stimulus.
This is also the main reason for inflation. Currently there are hundreds of billions of funds owed to everyone in every developed country, required to monetise the solar product created but never monetised.
All the effort and funds spent spent on carbon mitigation are also negative multipliers, the energy required to power those industries has to be from Earth not sun, because they are for profit industries. Profit itself comes from the energy con robbing the planet of its energy.
Those industries become pointless when we move to solar.
Actually all business for profit becomes pointless.
