The only answer to this appears to be the same one I repeat over and over, it isn’t just the supply chains failing, it is all of business for profit, seemingly infinite money, and infinite energy from our environment with subsequent pollution needs to be thrown at it to fix the problem.
But it can be done, as I’ve explained also over and over elsewhere (It seems no-one is listening!) , we can scale up free money-as-sunlight production, enough to throw at this problem, and all others, Infinite capacity to produce free money to fix all problems, if we just use some logic, it becomes clear that live energy from the sun has none of the limitations we know from the energy of the Earth.
