Thanks for the mention Tovah. I wish it might look more like observation than a plan or idea though. Where it comes from is just analysis of the stakeholder needs. Look close enough at those, and we find the solution is dictated. This is formal systems Engineering, it's like cranking a handle, any good systems Engineer could do it, we would all get the same answer. But just there don't seem many willing to work for free yet. But they'll come around, they have to, it seems to me :)
