Thanks for posting, its good to know your view on this.

It might be that there are many ways to spirituality, a different one for each of us.

Have you ever experienced being told, or realising yourself a revelation that makes the hairs on your arms stand on end? Or maybe you produce artworks that do this, and/or even just looked at artworks done by others that did this, or appreciated music, or an artistic perfomance that did this?

I get this a lot, to the point its irritating and embarrassing if in company, because I keep thinking others can see it.

I only just came up with a theory or revelation that might explain it, at sixty years of age, this thing I experienced all my life, and am sure many similarly experience.

It involves a lab tested result that proves information creation is related to temperature decrease (Whereas information destruction or deletion involves temperature increase).

It moves in increments of 0.69 x Boltzman's constant in degrees C or K per binary bit each way.

This doesn't seem like much but when we consider the information in a complex concept or painting, its a lot of bits of information, to completely resolve the painting or concept.

When this passes into our consciousness, the change of temperature associated with that has to happen somehow, physically.

The hairs on our arms stand up, to increase the insulation around our bodies, as a response to a sudden decrease of temperature.

There you see maybe we each have a built in truth detector, in perfect tune with the universe. Because only truth is information. Lies and sales pitch isn't information, its misinformation, and the effect on temperature by that, ultimately on the planet, is increase of temperature.

The universe thus has to know also when we are lying, even to ourselves, and when we are telling the truth. Our bodies are reacting to our environment, which is the universe.

Do I know this is true? I suppose so, because the hairs on my arms are standing on end right now.

Is this spirituality, or analysis?

I don't know, aren't they converging?

Again the hairs on my arms are standing on end :)
